Don’t touch or massage the treated areas for at least 24 hours unless we tell you to.
Avoid intense exercise, saunas, and sun exposure for the first 24-48 hours.
Swelling or bruising may happen and is totally normal—it usually goes away in a few days.
Apply a cold pack gently if needed and avoid wearing makeup for 12 hours.
